100 Days to Go Until WASZP Games 2026
There are 100 days to go until the WASZP Games 2026, one of the most important events on the international WASZP calendar. The championship will take place from 22–28 March 2026 at Pensacola Yacht Club, Florida, USA.
The WASZP Games will bring together sailors from around the world for a week of high-level foiling and competitive racing. Pensacola offers warm spring temperatures, reliable breeze, and protected waters, making it an ideal venue for foiling performance across all sail sizes.

Championship Racing in Pensacola
The WASZP Games 2026 will feature seven days of championship racing on Pensacola Bay. Sailors will compete across multiple divisions, age categories, and rig sizes. As a result, the event will showcase both elite-level racing and the depth of the global WASZP fleet.
Moreover, Pensacola Yacht Club provides strong onshore facilities and a welcoming sailing community. This combination ensures smooth race operations and a high-quality regatta experience.
Pre-Games Racing Opportunity
Before the main event begins, sailors can take part in the Pre-Games regatta. This additional racing opportunity allows competitors to settle in, test equipment, and gain valuable experience in local conditions.
At the same time, Pre-Games racing extends the overall event week and increases time on the water. It is particularly valuable for sailors travelling long distances.
Women’s WASZP Games Title
The WASZP Games 2026 will also crown a Women’s WASZP Games Champion in the 7.5 rig. This dedicated title forms part of a broader class initiative to grow women’s participation and strengthen competitive pathways within the fleet.
Importantly, the initiative underscores the ongoing advancement of women’s foiling at the highest level.
A Truly International Event
Each edition of the WASZP Games attracts sailors from across the globe, and 2026 will be no exception. Competitors from multiple continents are expected, representing a wide range of ages and experience levels.
Because of this international mix, the Games remain a key meeting point for the global WASZP community, both on and off the water.
Charter Boats and Logistics Support
To support international attendance, charter boats will be available through FoilFast. Additionally, European shipping options will be available for sailors who transport their own equipment.
These logistics solutions aim to reduce barriers to entry and make participation easier for sailors travelling from abroad.
